Polmarkus Academy

Polmarkus Academy was established in order to enable bakers and confectioners to obtain further knowledge and improve their skills, regardless of their current level of expertise. During our workshops, we present state-of-the-art technologies, techniques and products.

We offer a variety of classes and demonstrations: baking, confectionery, gastronomy.  At our customers’ disposal we place two full-equipped workshop-room, where regularly are organized: bakery and pastry demonstrations, ice cream workshop, business meeting and competitions.

We invite for the workshops: cakes, new decorative techniques, ice cream, chocolate.  We  also implement production to our customers by our 3 technologists.
