History
The history of Polmarkus is inextricably linked with the Szmidt family and a multi-generational baking tradition dating back to 1932. It was then that a family bakery was established in Ziemięcice, marking the beginning of a journey connected with the baking craft and a passion for the industry.
Respect for tradition, experience passed down from generation to generation, and the conviction that development requires continuous improvement became the foundation for the establishment and growth of Polmarkus.
Today, Polmarkus is a modern distribution company that combines the tradition of craftsmanship with an innovative approach to business. Thanks to a wide range of products, developed logistics, and an active presence in the industry, we support the development of bakeries, confectioneries, ice cream parlors, and gastronomy throughout Poland.

Contact with a Polmarkus technologist is possible through a sales representative or the Customer Service Office. The technologist supports clients with recipes and technological processes.
Do you fulfill orders in my location?
Yes, Polmarkus delivers throughout Poland. Depending on the order’s location, deliveries are made with our own fleet or via courier and forwarding companies.
How quickly do you fulfill orders?
Order fulfillment time at Polmarkus depends on the client’s location and the frequency of a given route. Deliveries are made daily on over 50 routes across Poland, covering pallet, mixed, and single-item orders, as well as transport in three temperature zones with a single vehicle, maintaining quality confirmed by the IFS Logistics certificate.
