§ 1 General Provisions:
- The present Privacy and Cookies Policy defines the rules of processing personal data of users who use the website maintained by POLMARKUS sp. z o.o. at: www.polmarkus.com.pl.
- The document also sets out the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies.
- This Policy does not apply to an online store operated under a separate domain or subdomain, for which a separate privacy policy applies.

§ 3 Purposes and basis of data processing:
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Handling of inquiries and contact:
a) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) or (f) RODO.
b) Taking action before concluding a contract / cooperation
c) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO. - Newsletter and marketing
based on Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
- Training and events
on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.
- Investigation or defense of claims
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
- Statistics, security of the Service, analytics
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
- The legitimate interest of the Administrator is, in particular, to conduct correspondence, to ensure the security of the Service, to conduct statistics, to market its own products and services within the limits permitted by law, and to establish, assert or defend claims.
§ 4 Forms available on the Website:
- Contact and collaboration forms.
- Product Inquiry Forms.
- Newsletter.
- Training enrollment and reserve lists.
- Other forms implemented in the Service.
If the feedback or ratings function is activated, the data will be processed to handle and publish the feedback.

- During training or events, the Administrator may take photographic or audiovisual documentation.

- In cases required by law, the Administrator obtains separate consents.

- newsletter system providers,
- providers of analytical and marketing tools,
- law firms,
- accounting entities,
- To entities authorized under the law.
§ 7 Data retention period:
- Contact information – for the period of time necessary to handle the case.
- Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn.
- Training data – for the period of organization and settlement of the event.
- Data on claims – until the statute of limitations for claims.
- Regulatory data – for the period required by law.
§ 8 User Rights:
Each person is entitled to:

- rectification of data,
- deletion of data,
- processing restrictions,
- data portability,
- Objections,
- revoke consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the DPA.
§ 9 Data Submission:
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, depending on the purpose, it may be necessary to respond to an inquiry, send a newsletter, make a sales contact, participate in a training course or perform other functionality of the Website. Failure to provide data may prevent the implementation of these activities.

The Administrator may use data about the user’s activity on the Website, preferences, consent history or statistical data to tailor marketing and advertising content. These activities do not have legal effects on the user or similarly significantly affect the user.

The Administrator shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection adequate to the risks.
§ 15 Amendments to the Policy
The Administrator may update this Policy in particular in case of changes in law, technology or functionality of the Service.
